Since 1990 the OISE/UT Certificate Program in Adult Training and Development has helped over 1000 people enhance their knowledge and skill in helping others learn, through a program that provides the best balance of theory and practice.

Five 3-day classroom sessions, where you'll learn essential adult learning theory and practice, including fundamental adult learning concepts and models, needs assessment, instructional design, presentation and facilitation.

A rigorous practicum, where you'll apply everything you've learned in a real world situation of your selection. That can include a partnership with the CSTD

Upon successful completion of all 5 modules and your practicum you'll receive your OISE/UT Certificate in Adult Training & Development.
