Module 5 - Facilitation Skills

 

This module helps you to improve your facilitation skills, and thereby greatly increase interest, learning, motivation and accountability among the participants in your training program or work team. You will learn about the phases of group development and how to respond, how to deal with conflict, how to listen and give feedback constructively, how to read the symptoms of a group or training program in trouble and what to do about it, and how to make it all fun. Finally, you will have an opportunity to practice your facilitation skills in a safe and supportive environment.
